Description

You will lead a small product team of 3-5 engineers, balancing management (30%) with hands-on development. Your role includes hiring, onboarding, coaching, and fostering team growth while driving agentic workflows and automation to improve engineering efficiency.

Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix).
• Strong engineering fundamentals and track record of shipping production systems.
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows.
• Solid communication and organizational skills with a people-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (30% management, 70% development).
• Involve in hiring and onboarding new engineers.
• Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and guidance to team members.
• Design and operationalize agentic workflows for engineering tasks.
• Build reusable agentic primitives and use verification loops for quality.
