• Greet patients and make them feel welcomed
• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours
• Control appointment flow and scheduling
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience

📋 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow
• BA/BS degree preferred but not required
