Description
You will lead a team that defines how Spring Health's Operations organization uses data to drive performance, efficiency, and scalability. As a strategic advisor to operations leadership, you'll design frameworks, workforce management strategies, and AI-powered analytics solutions to optimize resource allocation and operational KPIs.
Requirements
- 10+ years in operations strategy, analytics, or management consulting (preferably healthcare).
- 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in workforce management or capacity planning is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership.
- Strong systems thinking and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic analytics Center of Excellence, developing frameworks and AI-powered tools for performance measurement and resource optimization.
- Serve as strategic advisor to Operations leadership, diagnosing challenges and informing decisions with data.
- Own workforce management strategy, including capacity planning, forecasting, and staffing models.
- Define and standardize success metrics, KPI definitions, dashboard structures, and reporting methodologies across functions.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and planners.
