You'll lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives at a hyper-growth AI content engineering platform. You'll drive pipeline quality and forecast accuracy while coaching top-tier talent to exceed targets. This role is hybrid in NYC or SF.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives
- Own pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and operational discipline
- Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product to improve conversion
- Drive consistent execution across discovery, demos, and late-stage deal management
📋 Requirements
- 3–7+ years of closing experience in SaaS or AI/automation
- 1–3+ years managing Account Executives
- Strong coaching ability to elevate performance through feedback and frameworks
- Highly analytical approach to pipeline management and forecasting
