💼 About This Role

You'll lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives at a hyper-growth AI content engineering platform. You'll drive pipeline quality and forecast accuracy while coaching top-tier talent to exceed targets. This role is hybrid in NYC or SF.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Own pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and operational discipline
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product to improve conversion
  • Drive consistent execution across discovery, demos, and late-stage deal management

📋 Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of closing experience in SaaS or AI/automation
  • 1–3+ years managing Account Executives
  • Strong coaching ability to elevate performance through feedback and frameworks
  • Highly analytical approach to pipeline management and forecasting
