💼 About This Role

You'll join Flywheel's Commercial Contracting team, managing the full contract lifecycle for a leading digital commerce company. You'll draft and review high volumes of commercial agreements like SOWs and NDAs, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role offers direct impact on closing deals faster in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and review commercial agreements (SOWs, NDAs)
• Maintain and update contract templates
• Manage contract approvals following established processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Sales, Finance)

📋 Requirements

• 1-3+ years experience in Legal Operations or Commercial Contracts
• Experience supporting sales teams in high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of contracting law and MSAs, SOWs, NDAs
• Experience with contract management systems (Conga CLM preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of Salesforce
• Familiarity with e-signature platforms (DocuSign, Adobe Sign)
