You'll act as the strategic driver for quality integrity across the vendor network at Roblox. You'll design audit frameworks, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and ensure risk mitigation in vendor operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the Audit the Auditor program for global consistency.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex quality disputes.
• Analyze large-scale quality data for executive insights.
• Design calibration standards aligning vendor quality with benchmarks.
• Mentor Quality Assurance Associates in auditing and analytics.

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years in operations or quality management.
• At least 3 years leadership in a trust and safety environment.
• Proven track record managing large-scale BPO quality operations.
• Experience with process improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma.

• Advanced certifications in quality auditing or risk management.
• Data fluency in Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
