💼 About This Role

You'll manage client onboarding, problem resolution, and transaction processing for a challenger bank's digital platform. You'll ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction while supporting the growth of Canada's top digital bank. This role offers hands-on exposure to digital banking operations in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to client inquiries from Contact Centre or directly.
• Review and input client onboarding documentation.
• Process cheque deposits, EFTs, and transfer requests.
• Resolve discrepancies and escalate complex issues.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of financial services operations experience.
• High accuracy in daily tasks and ability to prioritize.
• Strong computer skills and independent work ability.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Product knowledge of deposit and registered products.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in high-volume environments.
