💼 About This Role

You'll join the Growth team at Hubstaff, a fully remote company building workforce analytics for distributed teams. You'll ensure quality and reliability of Growth experiments, validating new features and improving customer experience. You can operate independently in a fast-moving SaaS environment with strong ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Test Growth experiments and new features across web apps
• Create and execute manual test cases and regression plans
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear steps
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and designers throughout lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years professional QA experience in SaaS or startup
• Strong experience with manual testing of web applications
• Ability to create clear, structured test cases
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA best practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Playwright
• Familiarity with Allure TestOps
• Exposure to automation testing frameworks
