You'll maintain and optimize plasma etch systems for AR waveguide manufacturing in a cleanroom environment. You'll perform advanced troubleshooting to maximize tool uptime and drive performance improvements. This role offers hands-on work with cutting-edge AR technology at a pioneer in the field.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair plasma etch systems
• Diagnose vacuum, RF, and gas flow issues
• Support tool recovery and uptime efforts
• Partner with engineering on process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with semiconductor equipment
• Experience with plasma etch tools
• Strong vacuum systems and RF/plasma knowledge
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Plasma-Therm etch tools
• High-volume semiconductor manufacturing background
• Knowledge of RF matching networks or MFCs
