💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy and execution positioning Fundraise Up as a category leader in nonprofit verticals. You'll lead a team of PMs, collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, and drive measurable revenue growth. This role is hands-on and results-driven, with direct engagement on enterprise deals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop deep expertise in Core Markets segments and buying behaviors
• Own strategic enterprise deals and present product vision
• Define and own multi-quarter roadmap with quantified business cases
• Hire, mentor, and inspire a team of 2-5 Product Managers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management
• 3+ years leading Product Managers
• Enterprise B2B experience (SaaS/fintech/payments)
• Metrics fluency with ARR, NRR, win-rate, conversion, adoption

• Experience in nonprofit, giving, or payments
• History of building vertical toolkits that scale across enterprise accounts
