🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as trusted advisor to leadership on strategic people initiatives and organizational design
• Drive talent management including succession planning and leadership development
• Lead performance management strategies and coach leaders on feedback and goal-setting
• Use data and analytics to assess trends, identify opportunities, and influence decisions

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in strategic HRBP role
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive business-aligned HR strategies
