You'll act as a strategic advisor to corporate leaders at Alo, driving people initiatives that align talent strategies with business goals. Your core impact will be optimizing organizational capability, engagement, and culture to support growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape HR strategy in a high-growth, mindful movement brand.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as trusted advisor to leadership on strategic people initiatives and organizational design
- Drive talent management including succession planning and leadership development
- Lead performance management strategies and coach leaders on feedback and goal-setting
- Use data and analytics to assess trends, identify opportunities, and influence decisions
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in strategic HRBP role
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive business-aligned HR strategies
