Description

You will serve as a senior case owner for complex legal requests, act as queue lead, and handle high-risk matters at Roblox. You'll process and validate legal processes, lead BPO agents, and drive process improvements to ensure safety and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in law enforcement response, trust safety, or legal operations
• Strong knowledge of ECPA, content vs. non-content standards, and emergency disclosure
• Ability to run complex, high-stakes cases with limited supervision
• Proficiency with case-management tools (e.g., Zendesk) and SQL-adjacent workflows
• Experience mentoring or leading others informally

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior case owner for complex U.S. and international legal requests
• Act as queue lead: monitor volumes, triage, prioritize, ensure SLAs and quality standards
• Handle high-risk matters (imminent harm, child exploitation) with cross-functional teams
• Lead BPO agents and junior FTEs on tooling, policy, and operational judgment
• Own process and tooling improvements for law enforcement request workflows
