💼 About This Role

You'll implement individualized goals for children with Autism under supervision of a BCBA, using evidence-based teaching procedures. You'll collect data and provide feedback to help clients acquire new skills in a fun, motivating environment. You'll join a collaborative team with exceptional training and growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior intervention plans for children with Autism
• Collect data on client progress and provide feedback
• Create engaging learning environments using play-based activities

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute within 30 minutes
• Availability for full-time Monday-Friday shifts (8am-4pm or 11am-7pm)
• Pass a criminal background check

• Experience with autism or other intellectual disabilities
• Registered Behavior Technician certification
