You'll lead the overall marketing function for MoneyHero Group across four markets, driving customer acquisition and demand generation while owning the full P&L. This high-stakes role reports to the CEO and manages a team of 20+ marketing professionals, with a focus on building an AI-first marketing organization and delivering measurable growth metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 10-15 years experience in marketing leadership
• Proven leadership managing regional teams of 10+ members
• Deep understanding of P&L management and unit economics
• Track record of delivering growth metrics like traffic, leads, revenue
