You will manage global paid media campaigns for Starlink's B2C and B2B products, developing strategies, optimizing performance, and collaborating with marketing, product, and finance teams to drive efficient results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years experience in performance media, paid social, paid display, and paid search in e-commerce or performance verticals
  • Deep understanding of paid media across all channels
  • Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive and optimize global paid media campaigns based on CAC and LTV across search, social, display, and video channels
  • Own campaign management end-to-end including audience targeting, keyword research, competitive analysis, messaging, creative, and reporting
  • Develop experimentation roadmap with A/B testing and lift testing to improve performance
  • Monitor campaign performance, develop reporting and recommendations for incremental growth
  • Establish channel forecasts and budget recommendations, maintain relationships with ad platforms
