You'll supervise a team of hourly associates in a vehicle reconditioning center to achieve production targets and quality goals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars in and out of Inspection Center safely for repairs
• Oversee day-to-day activities and coach team members
• Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects
• Train team using Quality Control standards to complete repairs efficiently

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Standing for extended periods in varied conditions
