Description

You will drive and standardize software development activities from concept to completion, collaborating with Product Management to translate market requirements into actionable work items for engineers and QA, ensuring program goals are met through governance and planning efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years project leadership in cross-functional environment
• 5+ years hands-on experience in software development lifecycle role
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, preferably as Scrum Master
• Strong technical background in communications, telephony, or contact center fields
• Excellent facilitation, interviewing, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management to disseminate market requirements into actionable work items
• Execute product vision through the software development lifecycle
• Perform scrum master role for multiple teams
• Identify resource conflicts and facilitate course corrections
• Coordinate Release Management for scheduling and driving releases
