🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence
• Conduct entity and asset valuations
• Advise on technical accounting and financial reporting
• Support governance, risk, and control advisory projects

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation in progress or completed
• At least 2 years in external audit, transaction diligence, or internal controls
• Experience with Big 4 or industry-leading CPA firm

• Experience with SOC reports or cyber risk
• Knowledge of technology advisory
