💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team transforming the construction industry through innovative technology, performing maintenance and repair on a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts. Your core impact will be using our T3 platform to diagnose issues faster and work smarter. This role offers year-round OEM training and the chance to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed
• Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with understanding of schematics
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
