You'll deliver TraceLink software solutions to pharmaceutical customers, managing projects from kickoff to close. You'll ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while building client relationships and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers exposure to life sciences supply chain digitization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage small-to-moderately complex software implementation projects
• Set up and maintain projects in PSA tool with accurate timelines
• Track project status, risks, and budget against SOW
• Facilitate customer meetings including kickoffs and status reviews

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience in customer-facing software delivery
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel 30-40% domestically and internationally

✨ Nice to Have

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM)
• Experience in SaaS implementation or enterprise software
• Knowledge of supply chain processes or life sciences industry
