Description

You will maintain close relationships with existing customers in China, working with account executives and support engineers to drive pre-sales and post-sales adoption. You'll manage large accounts, hold discovery calls, handle escalations, and provide technical guidance. This role requires travel up to 20% of the time.

Requirements

• 5+ years customer-facing experience in sales engineering or similar
• Strong pre-sales and demo skills
• Technical competence with software development tools
• Problem-solving across technical, product, and business areas
• Native Chinese and fluent English
