You'll drive brand growth for ecommerce clients importing from China, managing fulfillment contracts and daily performance metrics. Your insights will maximize GMV and ensure best-in-class brand experience. This role offers flexibility to work from home with quarterly in-person team weeks in Lincoln.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess GMV potential and build competitive fulfillment contract models.
• Translate long-term brand goals into actionable steps for teams.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and take decisive action.
• Lead brand communications and deliver insightful reporting.

📋 Requirements

• Native Mandarin speaker with full English fluency.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5–6+ years managing e-commerce clients with $20M+ sales.
• Proven ability to engage with C-level executives.
