🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement blockchain protocol improvements for scalability
• Lead initiatives on proposer-builder separation and MEV mitigation
• Develop parallelized transaction execution models in EVM environments
• Build and optimize core blockchain infrastructure components

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in backend, distributed systems, or protocol engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum clients like Geth
• Proven track record architecting high-performance production systems

• Familiarity with MEV, PBS, or parallel execution models
• Open-source blockchain contributions
