💼 About This Role

You'll drive data-informed growth across the entire customer lifecycle for BlaBlaCar's Ukraine market, owning strategy and experimentation to optimize acquisition, retention, and engagement. This highly cross-functional role blends analytical rigor with creative experimentation to unlock new opportunities and build scalable systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full-funnel growth initiatives from awareness to referral.
• Develop and execute data-driven experiments to scale growth levers.
• Own key metrics like CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to improve user journeys and channels.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, or data-driven product marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and improving retention.
• Strong analytical mindset comfortable with Tableau and statistical thinking.
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian.

• Experience in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
