You'll partner with cross-functional teams to identify UX challenges and ensure user-centered design for Coupa's Design System, Clarity. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify UX challenges and design research strategies
• Lead and execute all phases of research using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Generate insights through analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions
• Synthesize and communicate research findings through reports and presentations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience conducting UX research in a user-centered design process
• Educational background in human-computer interaction, human factors, or related field
• Proven ability to execute research in complex domains with intricate interaction design systems
• Strong skills in translating research findings into data-driven recommendations

• Experience with design systems or component libraries
• Proficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or similar
• Experience presenting insights to stakeholders at all levels
