🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop the tech recruiting team
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for tech roles
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs (NPS, time to hire, etc.)
  • Act as strategic partner to tech leadership on talent strategy

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, HR or related fields
  • Solid experience in tech recruitment (engineering, data, product, design)
  • Previous leadership or coordination of recruitment teams
  • Experience with recruitment metrics and data analysis
