๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and scale multi-channel lifecycle programmes across SMS, WhatsApp, push, and in-app.
  • Build behavioural trigger-based upsell systems for digital loans, insurance, etc.
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and offers with statistical rigour.
  • Track and optimise LTV, cohort retention, renewal rates, and upsell performance.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years building and scaling CRM or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience in MVNO, super-app, mobile gaming, prepaid subscriptions, or B2C fintech.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Proven track record of LTV growth, retention revenue, or upsell rates.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience migrating CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp to Braze).
  • Background in fintech or high-frequency subscription models.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
