๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and scale multi-channel lifecycle programmes across SMS, WhatsApp, push, and in-app.
- Build behavioural trigger-based upsell systems for digital loans, insurance, etc.
- Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and offers with statistical rigour.
- Track and optimise LTV, cohort retention, renewal rates, and upsell performance.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years building and scaling CRM or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience in MVNO, super-app, mobile gaming, prepaid subscriptions, or B2C fintech.
- Hands-on experience with Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar CRM platforms.
- Proven track record of LTV growth, retention revenue, or upsell rates.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience migrating CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp to Braze).
- Background in fintech or high-frequency subscription models.
- Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
