Description

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound sales calls and in-person interactions. This role provides training in the consumer finance industry and offers a path to advancement through internal promotions.

Requirements

• 1+ year phone sales or call center experience
• 1+ years customer service, sales, lending, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week including Saturdays
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Engage with customers in person
• Learn all aspects of the title, payday, and signature loan business
• Provide customers with best financial products and services
