💼 About This Role

You'll lead the architecture and scaling of AI-powered systems for a small team building Dispatch, a product that automates manual operations for truck drivers. Your work will directly impact real users, and you'll collaborate closely with the CEO on technically ambitious projects. High ownership, low bureaucracy and direct influence on product strategy set this role apart.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Turn ambiguous problems into clear technical plans and scalable architectures
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-cutting features across product, infrastructure, and AI systems
• Lead technical reviews and give high-leverage feedback through code reviews and design docs
• Mentor and unblock engineers, improving systems and execution patterns

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years building and shipping production software
• Proven track record architecting scalable systems and making principled tradeoffs
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and influence without org structure
• Comfort navigating fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
