You will perform financial reconciliations, investigate data discrepancies, and lead process improvements to ensure data accuracy for Agoda's financial operations. This role involves collaborating with global stakeholders and supporting month-end closing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a must
- Minimum 4 years experience in Accounting or Consulting or related area
- Strong Excel skills is a must
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, strong English is a must
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Perform financial reconciliations for transactions from various sources
- Drive discussion with stakeholders to investigate and resolve data discrepancies
- Identify issues, recognize problem patterns, and collaborate on short/medium/long term solutions
- Lead initiatives to design new and enhance existing programs and processes for data accuracy
- Support month end closing and prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis
