You'll lead a distributed team of engineers delivering complex implementations and migrations for a leading DevSecOps platform. You'll shape team performance, improve delivery standards, and ensure enterprise customers adopt the platform successfully. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of Professional Services Engineers in customer engagements.
• Oversee delivery of enterprise implementation, migration, and training projects.
• Monitor project health and proactively manage delivery risks.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Architecture to scope and resource engagements.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading technical customer-facing teams in professional services.
• Strong technical background in DevSecOps or platform engineering.
• Experience managing complex enterprise delivery programs.
• Demonstrated ability to handle escalations in high-pressure environments.
