You'll lead an EMEA-based team of Sales Development Representatives, coaching them to generate pipeline and develop sales skills. This role is key to fueling Remote's growth through predictable outbound opportunities. You'll partner with sales and marketing to improve processes and drive pipeline generation results.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Coach Sales Development Representatives to meet outbound pipeline goals
- Develop team members' sales skills and improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with Sales Directors to enhance sales pipeline quality
- Hire and onboard new Sales Development Representatives
๐ Requirements
- Experience leading Sales Development Representatives at a fast-growing tech company
- Track record of driving pipeline through inbound and outbound channels
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LeadIQ
- Fluent English and German
