Description

You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and patient assessments. Your work enables clients to remain at home while receiving high-quality care.

Requirements

• Current nursing license in good standing in Hawaii
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 1 year nursing experience
• Home Health and OASIS experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care per care plan
• Administer medication, wound care, and treatments
• Perform client assessments and provide patient/family education
• Monitor patients' condition and document observations, interventions, and evaluations
