• Lead, build, and mentor a team of developers across multiple business domains.

• Oversee design, development, and delivery of high-quality software for merchandising, production, and supply chain.
• Partner with Product, Design, Production, and corporate stakeholders to align technical solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in backend development and scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), supply chain, or enterprise systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with merchandising, allocation, or design workflows.
• Familiarity with Rails, React, Node.js, or Vue.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
