๐ผ About This Role
You'll build the partnerships engine for Vizzia, defining strategy, signing 5 strategic partnerships in year one, and creating processes from scratch. You'll activate national integrators and shift engineering firm relationships to upstream prescription, while transforming internal teams to be partnership-friendly. This role offers a unique chance to shape a new division with significant impact.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and validate 12-month partnership strategy with milestones
- Identify, qualify, and sign 5 priority strategic partnerships
- Build partner onboarding, activation, and creation processes
- Activate local agencies of nationally-signed integrators
- Negotiate commercial terms with integrators to defend margin
๐ Requirements
- Experience in integrator / engineering / public procurement ecosystem
- Relationships with key players in video surveillance, security, smart city
- Public procurement fluency (CCTP, BPU, UGAP/VONUM)
- Builder mindset โ thrive without existing processes or team
- Commercial backbone โ defend margin, argue on value
