Description

You will work on the Onboarding and Lifecycle Management platform, building and maintaining services for importing, syncing, and provisioning identities and access policies at scale. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot features while mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development in Java, preferably with Hibernate and Spring Boot
• 2+ years building services, internal tools, and frameworks
• 2+ years automating and deploying large-scale production services on AWS, GCP, or similar
• Deep understanding of caching, stream processing, and resilient architectures
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL

Responsibilities

• Work with senior engineering team on major development projects, design, and implementation
• Be a key contributor in implementing LCM infrastructure
• Troubleshoot customer issues and debug from logs
• Design and implement features with tests, monitoring, and alerts
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
