Description

You will see patients with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via telehealth, collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams, and performing in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• Practiced at least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or Board Eligible and scheduled for exam)
• Licensed in Oregon before start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care

Responsibilities

• See patients for acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and via telehealth
• Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles
• Coordinate with virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures as trained
