Description

You will implement ServiceNow for a large federal agency, working on a team responsible for configuration and development of IT Service Management applications. You'll develop applications, perform custom development and integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to build solutions that support business requirements.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification

Responsibilities

• Develop the application including configuration, report dashboard development, and data migration
• Perform custom development and 3rd party integrations
• Carry out unit testing and defect resolution
• Carry out migration of changes to production
• Assist with technical design and documentation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow
