You'll serve as the dedicated insights partner for Airbnb's Marketing organization, focusing on audience understanding, brand positioning, and market measurement. You'll lead a team of three and drive the Trends Competitive Intelligence function, ensuring Airbnb stays ahead of cultural and competitive shifts. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy at a globally recognized brand with a strong culture of consumer empathy.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with Marketing leadership as the voice of the consumer.
  • Own and evolve Airbnb's brand health tracking program.
  • Coach the direct report owning media measurement.
  • Lead the Trends Competitive Intelligence team.
  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 12+ years of consumer insights experience with marketing insights focus.
  • Deep expertise in brand health tracking and measurement frameworks.
  • Strong command of audience research and segmentation.
  • Experience in trends and competitive intelligence.
