๐ผ About This Role
You'll serve as the dedicated insights partner for Airbnb's Marketing organization, focusing on audience understanding, brand positioning, and market measurement. You'll lead a team of three and drive the Trends Competitive Intelligence function, ensuring Airbnb stays ahead of cultural and competitive shifts. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy at a globally recognized brand with a strong culture of consumer empathy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with Marketing leadership as the voice of the consumer.
- Own and evolve Airbnb's brand health tracking program.
- Coach the direct report owning media measurement.
- Lead the Trends Competitive Intelligence team.
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects.
๐ Requirements
- 12+ years of consumer insights experience with marketing insights focus.
- Deep expertise in brand health tracking and measurement frameworks.
- Strong command of audience research and segmentation.
- Experience in trends and competitive intelligence.
