💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment capabilities within a federal healthcare enrollment ecosystem. Your work will directly impact how consumers access healthcare options through digital platform improvements. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to prioritize features and drive continuous improvement in a regulated government environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for EDE functionality.
• Manage product backlog and write user stories for development teams.
• Act as liaison between development teams and business stakeholders.
• Track post-launch metrics and drive optimization improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in product management or product ownership.
• 5+ years in healthcare or regulated government healthcare programs.
• Experience with digital enrollment systems or consumer-facing healthcare platforms.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

• Experience with federal or state government IT programs.
• Familiarity with APIs and data exchange standards.
• Hands-on experience with Agile product delivery.
