You will lead a high-velocity, audience-based sales team responsible for driving multi-market, regional revenue growth across the markets Axios serves. Build a disciplined, package-first sales culture that drives multi-product adoption and sales velocity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience in digital media
• Experience leading distributed, high-velocity sales teams at scale
• Multi-market sales experience and knowledge of regional vs single-market budgets
• In-depth knowledge of digital media, online marketing technology, and competitive landscape
• Strong CRM discipline and forecasting rigor

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed, high-velocity sales team to drive multi-market regional revenue growth
• Build a package-first sales culture that increases ACV and sales velocity
• Develop hunters who sell audience solutions at scale
• Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of client partners
• Partner cross-functionally with Vertical Expertise, Brand Studio, and events teams
