You'll join TTEC Digital's AWS Managed Services team providing medium- to advanced-level troubleshooting for enterprise clients using AWS Serverless technologies. You'll maintain system performance and customize features to improve customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain customer system performance across multiple clients
• Build and customize features in web applications and reporting tools
• Answer trouble tickets and guide customers via email, phone, video
• Update internal products and tools to improve offerings

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year with AWS Serverless concepts and services
• 1+ year writing code in TypeScript or Node.js
• Ability to troubleshoot systems with minimal guidance
• U.S. Citizenship and Public Trust background
