💼 About This Role

You'll plan and carry out security measures to protect PointClickCare's networks, data centers, and cloud deployments. You'll act as lead on security projects, manage SIEM monitoring and vulnerability management, and automate workflows. This role offers the chance to work with AI-driven security tools at a top health tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor, assess, and report security incidents from SIEM platform.
• Manage installation and maintenance of security infrastructure.
• Perform threat risk assessments on infrastructure and cloud solutions.
• Assist with vulnerability management program and coordinate remediation.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience with SIEM, vulnerability scanning, and endpoint protection.
• Working technical knowledge of IP/TCP/IP and network administration protocols.
• Understanding of Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS.
• Ability to write simple playbooks in YAML or JSON for security automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML in security operations.
• Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) or agentic security platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud security (Azure, AWS).
