Description

You will own the strategy, architecture, and execution of engineering infrastructure, enterprise tooling, and AI-assisted workflow automation, driving org-wide improvements in productivity, delivery throughput, quality, security, and cost efficiency across globally distributed teams.

Requirements

• Strong technical leader with experience in consumer electronics device development
• Experience with build systems such as Bazel, BitBake, or Yocto preferred
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and partner teams across geographies
• Experience leading design reviews and mentoring senior engineers

Responsibilities

• Define and lead AI-first automation roadmap for engineering infrastructure and enterprise tooling
• Architect and ship AI/LLM-enabled workflow automation across SDLC
• Set technical direction for globally used developer tools including build systems, CI/CD, and test management
• Drive Jira workflow design and automation for cross-org visibility
• Embed secure-by-default controls into pipelines and tooling
