You'll act as a technical advisor at the intersection of cloud economics, engineering, and customer success. You'll partner with Account Executives to help enterprises unlock actionable insights across multi-cloud environments through Proof of Value (POV) processes and tailored demonstrations.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with customers
  • Own and drive Proof of Value processes
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS pre-sales or Solutions Engineering
  • Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS or equivalent)
  • Experience with cloud-centric architectures and ITSM tools
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to executives

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with FinOps and cloud optimization
  • Familiarity with Datadog, ServiceNow, New Relic
  • Knowledge of VMware or hypervisors
