You'll act as a technical advisor at the intersection of cloud economics, engineering, and customer success. You'll partner with Account Executives to help enterprises unlock actionable insights across multi-cloud environments through Proof of Value (POV) processes and tailored demonstrations.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead technical discovery sessions with customers
- Own and drive Proof of Value processes
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses
π Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS pre-sales or Solutions Engineering
- Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS or equivalent)
- Experience with cloud-centric architectures and ITSM tools
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to executives
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with FinOps and cloud optimization
- Familiarity with Datadog, ServiceNow, New Relic
- Knowledge of VMware or hypervisors
