You will act as the initial point of contact for customer issues, troubleshooting product issues across software, APIs, and integrations. You'll work closely with the engineering team to enhance product functionality and resolve recurring issues, while maintaining thorough records and developing internal support tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in product support or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux
- Experience with REST APIs and reading logs/stack traces
- Familiarity with Postman and browser developer tools
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and customer service skills
