💼 About This Role
You'll drive net-new pipeline for our Strategic Growth Team at Compass, educating our agent community on the benefits of contributing to strategic growth. Your core impact is partnering with agents to identify prospective agents for Strategic Growth Managers, ultimately working toward becoming a Strategic Growth Manager yourself. This role offers a direct path to a closing sales position through a formal training program.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach
- Conduct cold-calls, texts, emails, LinkedIn campaigns to prospective agents
- Document all activities in CRM and maintain data management
- Collaborate with Strategic Growth Managers to develop prospecting strategies
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience (SDR, Customer Success, Direct Sales, Account Management)
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills with a glass-half-full mentality
- Self-starter with ability to exercise judgment and solve problems independently
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead client meetings and presentations
