💼 About This Role

You'll lead architecture and implementation for enterprise deployments of Deepgram's speech-to-text and voice agent APIs, owning post-sales technical success for APAC accounts. This role combines solutions engineering, architecture, and Tier-3 support in a fast-moving AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and implementation for enterprise STT, TTS, and voice agent deployments.
• Own post-sales technical success, unblock integrations, and guide customers to production.
• Serve as Tier-3 escalation point for complex issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Design reference architectures and implementation patterns for contact centers and voice analytics.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions architect, professional services, or support).
• Production coding ability in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Deep understanding of real-time audio/video streaming and API design.

• Experience with speech technologies (ASR, TTS, voice agents).
• Familiarity with APAC data privacy regulations (PDPA, APPI, PIPA).
• Additional Asian language skills (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin).
