💼 About This Role

You'll lead accounting workstreams on capital markets transactions and provide end-to-end advisory support for clients' IPO journeys. You'll own key deliverables across readiness, execution, and post-transaction phases, working under IFRS and US GAAP. This role stands out with a tech-first approach, leveraging automation and analytics to streamline reporting and delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build strong working relationships with clients
• Lead accounting workstreams on transactions
• Prepare and review financial information
• Design and implement control frameworks including SOX

📋 Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA)
• Excellent knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• Deep experience working on transactions and accounting advisory
• Interest in improving processes and using technology

• Experience with carve-out and pro forma reporting
• Familiarity with regulatory and exchange rules
• PMO experience on capital markets deals
