💼 About This Role

You'll drive strategic growth initiatives by developing and scaling partnerships for RemoFirst's Employer of Record platform. You'll own the full partnership lifecycle from identification to activation and revenue generation. This role offers the opportunity to build a repeatable lead generation engine and work with Fortune 500 clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with providers and associations.
  • Negotiate, structure, and execute partnership agreements.
  • Coordinate partnership onboarding, performance evaluation, and renewal.
  • Act as primary relationship manager for assigned partners.

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales and/or partnerships.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be based in the U.S. for travel purposes.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.

  • Experience in Payroll or HR Tech.
  • Comfortable with presenting and networking.
